Board Members

Springcrest HOA Responsibilities:
 
HOA is responsible for (thus what the dues pay for).
  1. Upkeep of common areas (landscaping at the 3 entrances and upkeep of community-owned field near 200 Perry Creek.
  2. Communication with town of Chapel Hill regarding neighborhood needs, issues, requirements.
  3. Insurance for incidents that could occur on community property.
  4. Host community events like bi-annual potluck and Halloween parade.
  5. Communication with residents.

Springcrest HOA Board Members
  • Emily Williams, HOA President, springcrestpresident@gmail.com 
    • Represent the HOA in any legal matters (such as signing contracts),
    • Lead meetings of the Board and of the HOA.
  • Alan Feigenbaum, HOA Vice President, amfauthor@gmail.com 
    • Serve in the President's absence or if the President is unable to act.
    • Assist in any other matter that requires the attention of the Board.
  
  • Wanda Molnar, HOA Secretary, microbemom@gmail.com
    • Keep minutes of meetings of the Board and the HOA.
    • Communicate on behalf of the HOA as needed.
  • Yejing Sun, HOA Treasurer, springcrest.treasurer2024@gmail.com 
    • Deposit and verify amounts deposited into our accounts.
    • Manage the collection of dues and 
    • Report to the Board any delinquent dues,
    • Prepare a report of the finances of the HOA for each annual meeting and at other times as requested by the Board.
  
  • Rupali Gupta, HOA Board Member-at-large & Social Events coordinator, guptarupali10@gmail.com  
    • Meets with the Board and votes on matters that come before the Board.
    • Performs special tasks as directed by the Board.
    • Organize events (Potluck, Halloween parade, Luminaries etc).
