Welcome to the new Springcrest HOA of Chapel Hill, NC website.

Dues for 2024 are $104

ALL residents MUST use the Pay Dues menu item and provide ALL requested information no matter how you pay your dues. Please see below for details about paying by PayPal, by check, or by credit or debit card.

They are due January 1, 2024 and are delinquent February 1, 2024.

To pay dues, please start by clicking the "Pay Dues" link above in the menu bar.

SELECT the street first, then SELECT the house number.
Complete the contact information. No matter how you pay, you need to complete all information requested for your payment to be credited to you. This allows the HOA Board to contact you during the year for important announcements.
Click PAY NOW.
When you click "Pay Now," you will be given the option to pay with a check, credit card, or PayPal.

PAYING WITH A CHECK
If you want to pay with a check,

please complete all information requested on the website first.
Click "Pay Now" and then select “check”
Make the check out to "Springcrest HOA" and mail the check to the Treasurer:
Yejing Sun, Springcrest HOA Treasurer, 207 Pebble Springs Rd., Chapel Hill, NC, 27514.
After completing this process, you will get an automatic email confirmation that payment status is pending, waiting for your check.
When the Treasurer gets your check, she will enter the website and mark your status as "PAID" The system does not allow her to do this if there is no contact information.

PAYING WITH PAYPAL
If you want to pay with your PayPal account,

please complete all information requested on the website first.
Click "Pay Now" and then select "PayPal"
You will be transferred to the secure PayPal website and you can pay using its prompts. You will be given an automatic confirmation email both from us and from PayPal. Keep the emails(s) as a receipt.

PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD

If you want to pay with your credit or debit card,

please complete all information requested on the website first.
Click "Pay Now" and then select "Credit/Debit card.".
You will be transferred to the secure PayPal website. You do not need to have a PayPal account! You will not be charged any fees by PayPal! You can pay using its prompts. You will be given a confirmation email both from us and from PayPal. Keep the email(s) as a receipt.

Please fill out all contact information requested. If you do not fill out your contact info, the information for your address remains blank on our record, and the payment for your address continues to be marked as "UNPAID". That creates a mess for everyone.
